How does the online store work?

To shop, we recommend registering so you don't have to enter all your information again for future purchases. However, you can also shop without registering.

What do I do if I'm looking for a product I saw in a store or on social media, but I find it online?

Since we work with limited stock, it's possible that the item you're looking for isn't online. Write to us or call us because we almost certainly have it in our physical store or we can order it for you.

What is Carambastore's return policy?

As a general rule, you have 30 days for exchanges and returns. If the garment or item in question has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs.

If the reason for the return is something else, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Please note that we are a small business and do not have the capacity to cover these types of costs.

How are shipping costs applied to my order?

Shipping costs are added to the price of the selected products and will be itemized in your shopping cart. We often offer free shipping promotions for orders over a certain amount or during specific periods.

What guarantee does Caramba offer me and how does it work?

Shipping Guarantee: All our shipments are insured for 100% of the merchandise value. You have 48 hours from receipt of a defective package to file a claim.

Product Warranty: The warranty for products purchased at Caramba covers manufacturing defects. We typically handle any exchanges directly with the brand or artisan, and if we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, we will, of course, cover your return shipping costs. To claim under the product warranty, you will need your purchase receipt.

Can I personalize my order if it's a gift?

Of course! We usually send everything with beautiful packaging and wrapping, but if you'd like us to add a card with a personalized message, just write to us or add a note to your order.

Can I order online and pick up or return something in the physical store?

Of course, all orders leave from our store and we are the ones who serve you personally.
